While Blair is busy schmoozing customers, I am making sure that the cogs are turning and each project is administered accurately. I am responsible for financial control, contract administration, supervising and training staff. Most of all, I provide direction and advice to keep everyone and everything on track.

My primary role is ensuring material and labour are on site. From the multi-storey developments to the smallest home, I am always met with challenges, and I love the opportunity to ensure all our projects are managed effectively.
